PAUL SHEPHERD, DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
LEADERSHIP
Since beginning his career in 1983, Paul has accumulated over 35 years of project management, land acquisition, development and operations experience for luxury resort and residential communities throughout the U.S. and Caribbean. His expertise includes planning, design, financial analysis, entitlements and development for both horizontal and vertical construction for boutique hotels and large-scale master plan communities. Paul has a wealth of experience in multi-family, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, resort and primary residential development. Paul worked alongside Cass Brewer and Philip Jalufka as a Senior Division Manger for the Hollows on Lake Travis and Pointe West in 2007. Legacy is fortunate to have Paul leading all Land Development efforts.
