• Metric: Overall return on marketing and sales investment.
• Objective: Maximize ROI by implementing cost-effective marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
5. Customer Satisfaction:
• Metric: Customer feedback and satisfaction scores. It is customary for big builders to survey their
customers from point of initial contact, through the purchasing cycle, at closing, 30-days post close (after move in), and even at regular intervals afterwards.
• Footnote: Please know, even if you are not in contact with your customers, your builder partner will be. One of the interesting dynamics with new construction is you have a customer for life, unlike a resale one and done.
• Objective: Continuously enhance the customer experience to foster positive relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Number of Successful Closings:
• KPI: Achieving the target number of successful property closings.
• Objective: Ensure that each project reaches a successful conclusion within the defined timelines.
2. Market Share Growth:
• KPI: Increase in market share within the target region. Having this knowledge will help your builder as
they begin to consider scaling.
• Objective: Strategically expand our presence and influence in the market to drive growth and
opportunities.
3. Client Retention Rate:
• KPI: Percentage of retained clients from previous collaborations.
• Objective: Cultivate long-term relationships with builders by consistently delivering value and
exceeding expectations.
4. Lead-to-Deal Conversion Rate:
• KPI: Percentage of leads that result in successful deals.
• Objective: Optimize the lead qualification process to increase the efficiency of lead-to-deal
conversions.
