From the beginning of BHI, Brad wanted to instill into his employees the concept of hard work and determination. This included his three sons, helping their father on projects during the summer after school and on the weekends. This allowed them to learn the trade from ther father and more impor- tantly the knowledge of “if you want to be successful, it requires hard work.”Brad was creating a legacy that he could pass down to bless his family and employees after he was gone.
In 2015 Brad Haslem retired from BHI. He had put in his time, blood, sweat and tears into a busi- ness that was thriving and on the verge of exploding across the United States. At retirement he turned the company over to two of his sons who had joined the team years earlier after attending school and deciding where to build their careers and future.
Erik and Brett Haslem have taken the business that they helped build with their father and have ad- justed the focus and drive of BHI. BHI is now a full service turn key contractor with the ability to grow across the country and beyond. Keeping to the same philosophy of their father, Erik and Brett hope to bless the lives of their families, and their employees famlies by diversifying, improving productiviy and providing a company that the industry can depend on time and time again. It is their mission to provide their customers with the highest level of service and deliver a genuinely superior experience in every interaction.
