A VERY BIG ‘THANK YOU’ TO GERRY MURPHY
The other 2 winners were Dyson Wood and Jason Spaull.
The ‘Hot-lap Raffle’ was an initiative of Club member Gerry Murphy, who is a talented and accomplished motorsport driver, to raise funds for Katie Rose Cottage Hospice in Doonan.
Over $5,000 was raised in ticket sales, which is a great effort. Gerry organised the day at considerable cost to himself, so a very big THANK YOU! to Gerry and the his Team for their huge effort.

HOT LAP WINNERS!
Gerry Murphy Racing has given 3 lucky winners of the ‘Katie Rose Hot-lap Raffle’ a day to remember when they received an adrenalin ‘rush ride’ in the passenger seat around the Queensland Raceway Circuit in Gerry’s Porsche GT3 Cup Car, BMW M3, and a C63 Mercedes.
One of the raffle winners was Club member Dave Farrer who said afterwards “it was an absolute blast and a thrilling experience to feel the speed and handling capabilities of these race cars and their drivers”.
