A rainy week in Oakland Califor- nia created difficult conditions in the 4th round of Monster Energy Supercross. With only two practice sessions (the third canceled due
to weather) the riders had to learn the track rather quickly. Not getting much time on the track, Davi would start the day qualifying 16th. A bad start in the heat race would force him to go to the semi, where he would finish 2nd and transfer to the main. Lined up all the way to the inside, Davi would start the main event in 16th place. Charging his way to a top ten position with just 2 laps to go, Millsaps would make a mistake and go down in a corner. Only losing two positions, Davi Millsaps finished 12th overall for the night.
