The Cycle Trader/Rock River Yamaha rider has had bipolar results all season long. Hahn has speed that has put him in to the top 15 in main events this year. The #47 Yamaha beat a lot of fast competition to acquire this 15th place result twice this season, although he has also not
qualified just as many times. The east coast rounds will be a welcome site to the veteran rider, the rough rutted tracks might showcase the true talent of Hahn. Dealing with coming back from retirement to switching bike manufactures these last few years has to be trying. Even the top factory Yamaha teams have had struggles with the YZF 450 set up. The unique feel to the bike might take some time to get the set up right. Hahn only had a short period prior to the year to test the bike, so these up and down results might get better as time goes on.
