The Star Racing Yamaha catapulted out of the gate and missed the hole-
shot by a nose, as Alex crossed the chalk in third. Shuffled back to sixth by lap
two, Martin took over fifth as Joey Savatgy soil sampled the Arlington clay. He would remain in fifth until yet again linking up with Mitchell, surrendering the position and dropping to a familiar sixth.
The 250 veteran stayed calm, cool, and collected until the end of the main event, finishing a respect- able sixth place. He looks to build on the end result, heading into the long break, hoping to come away with
even better results when the series returns.
