After qualifying first in practice the champ, Cooper Webb, had his mind set on winning four in a row. Winning the heat in dominant fashion looked as if Webb was on his way to victory once again. In the main, Webb got his best start of the year, (2nd) Yet one of the top guns Christian Craig is in front of him and he’s looking good. As the battle for the lead continues Craig washes out in a corner and young star Cooper Webb inherits the lead. It seems as if it’s going
to be a Webb sweep for sure. While leading on Lap 12, Webb had a mechanical issue that forced him to pull off the track. He did re-enter the race but finished in 21st place.
