TRAINING
The Training you will receive at Mary Brown’s is based on an immersive and hands-on approach.
Your Training schedule will be coordinated by our Corporate Training Director who will be in touch with you directly to walk-through the process of Training closer to your store open date.
The Training is a mandatory 3-week hands-on approach where you will learn everything from how to cut and cook chicken, all the way through to how to order it – and everything in between. Our Training is held is Newfoundland.
Beyond the formal in-store training, Mary Brown’s is proud to launch our LearnMB online Training Portal. There are mandatory courses that must be completed prior to your in-store training. The online training portal can be easily accessed by internet browser, phone or phone app. Completing your online portal and your hands-on training will provide you the necessary experience to allow you to be comfortable opening your new Mary Brown’s outlet.
You must achieve a passing mark of 85% on your training courses and final quiz. If you do not achieve a passing mark, you will be required to retake the training modules within 10 days of returning from Training.
At any time, our corporate team will be available to support you through the training process and well-after your store opens.
Your online portal access will be updated with new promotions, videos and training guides so if you ever need to review a process, it is accessible and available for you at any time!
