Elderly PA Woman ‘Invites Two Young Boys Into Her Home Before Getting Them Drunk And Sexually Assaulting Them'

A Pennsylvania woman is behind bars after allegedly serving two young boys alcohol
and attempting to sexually assault them.
Rochelle Stewart, 64, was charged with six misdemeanors
— one count of inde-
cent assault, one count of making a false police report, and two counts each of giving minors alco- hol and corruption of minors.
Pittsburgh police said on Jan. 8 two boys, ages 12 and 13, offered to shovel
snow in front of the home of Stewart's home, Law&Crime reported. According to a criminal com- plaint Stewart agreed to pay the boys $5 to shovel her walkway.
After they were done Stewart invited the boys inside, where authorities say she
offered them hot chocolate and a vari- ety of alcoholic bev- erages. Once they started drinking Stewart made an inappropriate move, the court documents said.
Police were on the scene after receiving a call about a burgla- ry in progress in the area at about 9 p.m. on Jan. 8. When they arrived in the neigh- borhood, officers found the two young boys drunk.
Police stated in their complaint that the boys “were speaking in a nonsensical way exclaiming that a lady had just got them drunk and touched them.”
When police asked the boys separately about what hap- pened, they both had
the same story claim- ing that they worked on the snow outside Stewart’s home, she invited them in for hot chocolate, and then offered them wine and vodka, which they both drank.
After drinking the alcohol, one of the boys told police that Stewart put her leg over his leg before trying to touch him inappropriately. After that the boys decided to leave, but had to return after one of the boys left their coat by accident.
When they returned Stewart called police to report a burglary in progress. Police said Stewart denied the original visit, but offi- cers found the boy’s coat inside her home as well as a half- empty bottle of vodka.
