Cheese-lovers can now wear their favorite dairy product on their fingertips, thanks to Velveeta and British nail polish brand Nails Inc.
A limited-edition set of two cheese-scented polishes will cost cheese fanatics $15 on the Nails Inc. website. It includes two shades: “Finger Food,” a bright red, and “La Dolce Velveeta,” a creamy yellow color.
The polishes’ sig- nature cheesy scent only appears when they are dry, says Nails Inc.
“These highly pigmented shades provide full-cover payoff and are designed to be worn together for those confident enough to show the world they are living a big, bold, and unrestrained life,” says Nails Inc. The collaboration is a part of Velveeta’s “La Dolce Velveeta,” campaign, “which is all about step-
ping out in a con- fident, unapolo- getic way to show the world that you’re living a life filled with outrageous pleasure,” accord ing to a press release from the Kraft Heinz Company, which owns Velveeta.
Although Velveeta’s prod- ucts are not vegan, the formu- lation of both col- ors is vegan and cruelty-free, according to Nails Inc.
The collaboration also includes a set of Velveeta- themed nail stick- ers featuring gooey cheese graphics and the phrases “creamy” and “drip.”
“Veleeta is known for its rich, creamy texture and cheesy, melty goodness, so what better way to bring this to life for our fans than with some- thing equally as rich and creamy — nail polish,” said Kelsey Rice, senior brand communications manager at the Kraft Heinz Company, in the press release.
Social media stars Ka5sh, known for pro- ducing memes and rapping, and Gia Gunn, a drag performer who appeared on RuPaul’s “Drag Race,” both appeared
in advertising campaigns for the launch.

Charging Crocodile Is Sent Fleeing By A Frying Pan
By David Strege
Tourists in Australia were set to depart their lodge in the Northern Territory, but there was one problem: A croco- dile blocked their path.
No worries. The lodge owner grabbed a large frying pan, boldly walked down the stairs and con- fronted the croco- dile, which imme- diately charged
the man. It didn’t end well for the crocodile.
The June 17 encounter was captured in video by guest Shane Chambers and was posted online Tuesday.
Chambers explained
to Storyful that it was a tense moment between lodge owner Kai Hansen and his pet crocodile named Casey.
“We were leaving the island via heli- copter and the croc was blocking the path,” Chambers told Storyful. “[The owner] was wor- ried about our safety, so he grabbed the fry- pan to shoo the croc away.”
A couple of hard bonks on the snout with the fry- ing pan was enough to do the trick.
