SUPPLIER ACCOUNT MANAGER OF THE YEAR
                               Andrew Botting
THERMAKRAFT
2020 Finalist and Thermakraft’s South Island Account Manager of the last four years, Andrew Botting continues to grow the business and hit or exceed his KPIs. He’s a problem solver, believes in being genuine in everything you do, in teamwork, listening and playing the
long game, above all in creating value for his customers and their customers. Olivia Larson, Thermakraft’s Commercial & Distribution South Island Sales Manager, highlights Andrew’s strong, positive customer relationships, his initiative for example personalising ranging and merchandising solutions for specific stores and their customer bases and his driving of Builders Clinics in the Christchurch and wider South Island merchant stores. “Andrew always delivers on expectations.”
Teu Cash
TASMAN INSULATION
Although he’s been “smashing his targets”, business for Key Account / Territory Manager for a selection of customers across Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland and Northland, Teu Cash is all about relationships and communication. Armed with a willingness to “go above and beyond”, Teu is proof that you can stand and live by strong values on a daily basis and
deliver outstanding results, says National Sales Manager Joanne Duggan , who confirms it’s not only about what Teu has achieved but
also how he’s achieved it: “Always putting the customer and our team first and never wavering away from his personal values, he somehow navigates the needs of the customer while looking after our business with ease.”
Ben Peymen
TECHTRONIC INDUSTRIES
Just two years into this role, and with his brands exclusive to the 10 Bunnings stores in his region, it’s relevant that Trade Area Manager Ben Peymen is himself a former Bunnings retail assistant. Often thinking “outside the box”, Ben has shown impressive growth in sales. Indeed, despite the challenging circumstances, Ben stays positive, seeing the global pandemic
“not as just a challenge but as an excellent opportunity to gain market share in my area.” TTI GM Consumer Marc Lander describes Ben’s last 12-18 months as “exceptional”, and that the quality of his stock management, in-store merch and presence and his training of and relationships with Bunnings personnel are “second to none”.
