GM Josh Tasker credits his store’s 2020 success to a team that is willing to go the extra mile for customers. “It’s
fantastic recognition of our team’s great effort through a very disrupted trading period.
“They all put in so much to give our customers a great experience. From our inventory support team, our team on the floor selling, our team leaders, and the in-store leadership team, they’ve all put in a lot of effort to keep our standards high, and I’m incredibly proud.”
Always looking to the future, Josh says something that ended up on the backburner this year was focusing on rolling out more end to end DIFM solutions for customers. “So that will be a big focus for us in the New Year.”
