privileged to be recognised as winners for the second consecutive year. The Award is a real credit to our team and its ongoing focus on improving our service.
“It’s a real team effort,” he says, adding that all team members work hard to ensure customers receive the best possible support and products, ensuring “every engagement with Kiwicare is a rewarding one”.
Matthew acknowledges that this year has demonstrated how fast the world can change and that Kiwicare is also evolving to meet the changing environment: “We’re certainly not standing still and are working on a number of new initiatives that will benefit all our customers.”
