Safety, fit and style!
Global safety footwear manufacturer Steel Blue has a range of new work footwear for customers in New Zealand to meet growing demand from trades and construction workers looking for more choice in work boot style.
Steel Blue is confident this increased investment into its New Zealand business comes at a time when style increasingly plays a role, along with function and comfort, in the decision making of work safety boot purchasing.
The expanded range will include:
• Half size offerings for the majority of men’s style boots and all the
ladies’ fit boots.
• A new slate colour option in the Southern Cross Zip scuff and Parkes
Zip scuff boot.
• A composite toe option for the popular Argyle Zip work boot to better
accommodate those working around electricity and at airports.
• A ladies’ fit in the sand colour agricultural boot, the Hobart.
Like with all Steel Blue leather boots, they are made from premium high- quality leather that’s ethically sourced from members of the Leather Working Group (LWG), with leathers predominately sourced in New Zealand.

Innovative water stripper
Bringing 30+ years of hands-on painting and restoration experience to bear on optimising the product, Hawkes Bay’s paint removal specialist, Sanding Solutions, has carefully designed and engineered every detail of the Aqua Stripper to perform better than any other product on the market when it comes to stripping back stubborn paint.
Lead-based paints are everywhere, and poor surface prep and the application of layers upon layers of paint are rife. But Aqua Stripper has been designed specifically to safely remove even the hardest lead-based paints.
It also works on any other stripping job you can throw at it, of course, but if you want to cut prep time down and make easy work of the very toughest jobs, Sanding Solutions’ exclusive paint removal system is fast, clean, safe for lead-based paint (it eliminates harmful lead dust) and protects the operator and the environment by ensuring removed paint is contained and can be disposed of safely off-site.
With a double swivel attachment for easy handling, Aqua Stripper is driven by any medium power water blaster and uses a unique and robust Kiwi-designed head and disk paired with the highest quality Italian diamond tipped discs and Zirconia tipped sanding pads.

Making dirty fun
Just introduced to New Zealand, Dirty Steve is a range of automotive and marine cleaning products designed to bring maximum shine to utes, 4WDs, SUVs, cars, motor homes/RVs, dirt bikes, jet skis and boats.
The range includes a Foaming Wash, Foaming Degreaser and, for
boat owners, a marine Engine Flush Salt Elimination wash. Dirty Steve is formulated with ingredients to make vehicle or craft surfaces sparkle and, in the case of the marine flush, to purge the boat engine of salt and other contaminants to prolong its life and maintain top performance. Importantly, the detergents used in Dirty Steve products are also biodegradable.
Dirty Steve has also infused a range of unique scents into its cleaning products which, combined with the foaming wash, makes for an enjoyable washing experience. There are also special applicators that click onto a water hose for easy application of both the Foaming Wash and Foaming Degreaser.
