not expect it to be a problem. A resident on Chickamauga wants to put a POD on his driveway for storage while he moves. He understands that it can only stay for a maximum of 30 days and can’t block the sidewalk, nor cause any cars to block the sidewalk as well. A resident on Seven Pines reported that a neighbor put a spotlight on the 2nd story of a house under construction. He was concerned that the owner might put a camera there. He was assured that, while there is no code restriction against the spotlight, a camera there would be a code violation. A resident complained about a house on Stones River with an overgrown yard. Ken has responded personally and assured the resident that we are watching this property and will report it to the city when the grass gets tall enough to be a violation. A postcard will be sent to the owner of this property. A resident complained about a house on Frederick with a large tree house in the back yard. He reported that the tree house now has electricity, which was not a part of the original approved permit. An inspector will be sent out. Ken received a report of a trailer with people living in it in the driveway of a house on Manassas. A letter was sent to Councilman Dwight Hudson’s office asking them to look into it.
