I asked, now very, very confused. Why yes it does, almost every night, so the next morning we get to do it all over again, replied both oxen.
At this point, I had to give myself a good shake to make sure I was not dreaming. "You mean that all the Plowman does is plow the desert over and over again? He is not really doing anything, just wasting time?"
The two oxen looked at each other and then back at me, That’s right, they replied. He does it because it is easy and fun and he never has to do any of the hard stuff that they do on other farms.
