Vice President’s Report – Don Regner – Election of Board Officers. All current officers volunteered to serve in the same capacity for the next year. Don asked three times if there were any other nominations from the floor for any of the officer posi- tions. There were no nominations. Don made a motion to keep the same officers as last year, with the exception that Mike Gi- roir will be the permanent treasurer instead of the interim trea- surer. Ray seconded the motion, and it passed unanimously.
Membership Report – Mike G. – Mike reported that 10
homeowners paid their dues in September, bringing the to-
tal paid members to 379 YTD. Several ideas were discussed
to increase membership for 2019. We will mail bills in Janu-
ary to all homeowners in Shenandoah Estates, as voted on in
last month’s board meeting. A membership committee was
