Approved projects for the current year include new camera installations and SECPID’s commitment to the Shenandoah Home- owners Association under a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement for financial support for the new entrance treatment at Jonew Creek Road. At this time, all projects are delayed due to the Coronavirus emergency.
Whether you are already paying the annual fee or not, please consider additional support for SECPID’s activities, which support and promote the value of Shenandoah Estates to its residents.
