Garlicky Kale & Pea Sauté
INGREDIENTS
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 hot red chilli, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 bunches kale, trimmed and chopped 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
1 pound frozen peas
SERVES: 1
TOTAL TIME: 12 Minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pan on medium, cook garlic and chilli in the oil for around 2 minutes, stirring often.
Add kale, sugar and 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt.
Cook for a further 6 minutes or until kale is tender, stirring occasionally then gently stir in the peas.
Cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
