LOCAL OUTREACH
In 2017 we shared the heart of Christ from the heart of Cary with an emphasis on our local community. First Cary is a family continued to embrace service
as integral to the heart of Christ.
CARY
FOOD
We provided the hungry food through ministries such as Backpack Buddies, Dorcas Food Pantry, Rise Against Hunger,
NC Food Bank Summer Feeding Program and Meals On Wheels.

HOUSING
We helped provide adequate housing for others through Habitat for Humanity, The Carying Place, Family Promise, Appalachia Service Project, Disaster Relief Trips and Dorcas Ministries.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT
WAKE COUNTY
We o ered tutoring opportunities
for those who live in the neighborhood as well as strengthening our connection to our Hispanic/Latino brothers and sisters through Mighty Mondays, Read and Feed and MotheRead.
