Portion beef, poultry and pork when raw.
Portion seafood when slightly defrosted or frozen.
Well frozen and tightly covered protein last up to 6 months. Season before freezing.
Defrost overnight or under water @room T.
Never defrost directly in water.
Once defrosted proteins should not be refrozen.
