  Recovery Meals
Vegetables
• At least twice per day to even out nutrient delivery: target dark color & variety
• 1-3 times the volume of carb fuel to slow digestion, particularly if eating starch
(vegetable color & variety irrelevant to slowing digestion; target is crunchiness)
Dietary Fats
• Already in many foods, but intentionally add omega fats if inconsistent intake
• 1 food per column per day minimum (up to 3+ per day each), animal fats max 3/day
