Thanks also for their patience with the many follow-up emails and phone calls about design details, their extra work confirming performance data and their time reviewing the draft case study for completeness and accuracy. Without this openness and supportive effort, the case studies would be quite incomplete and not nearly as valuable as they are proving to be.
