TGB DRUM EXERCISE RIG –
SERVICE & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
1. Check the Motor & its Bearing with an interval of three months. If any abnormal sound
& vibration found apply grease to its bearings. Check tightness of the Mounting Bolts.
2. Check the Control Panel, Clean Dust and Moisture from Electrical Wirings, Terminals
and Push buttons. If required applied anti corrosion spray to its junction box where all
connections lying.
3. Never apply any lubricant to driven belt and pulley for exercising the TGB.
4. Dusting all the parts of the Test Rig including table, top, loading assembly, Control
Panel using cloths and Soft Brush.
5. Check the limit switches once in every three months and clean them properly.
6. Check Connections of the Limit Switches, use anti corrosion spray once in three
months.
