Site Assessment
Before considering our Fully Managed Solution, our cleaning management experts will attend your site and conduct a site assessment. This will give you a clear understanding of the current issues and risks you face and what can be done to improve them.
Site Setup, Trolley & Technology
Based upon your requirements to use separate cloths and mops for certain areas, your trolley will be designed to your specific facility needs. This physical trolley will also be setup digitally in the iClean system.
Implementation & Training
Experienced trainers will train all staff with a two hour presentation followed by a one-on-one session with each cleaner. They will also attend soon as practical to ensure that all cleaning staff are using the system and iPads correctly.
