WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?
1. Our local council and politicians should be responsible however if we leave this up to them it will be allowed and we will suffer the consequences.
2. The Telecommunications industry and Telstra, however these business are focused on money and not people. Try calling them and asking them to listen to your problem.
3. You and me are the only ones who at the end of the day can take responsibility for the issues in our world.
For bad things to happen all we need is
for good men to do nothing
