10.11 The recommended candidate to be hired for the vacant position must sign both the offer letter issued by Khidmah, and the respective Ministry of Labor contract The documents must be signed by both parties, the employee and authorized company signatory. 10.12 Detailed documentation for the newly joined staff should be submitted before the payroll cutoff date in order to be officially engaged in HRIS and processed within the current month payroll. If the payroll unit receives the document after the cutoff date, then it will be processed by next month payroll. NEW POSITION 10.13 To initiate the approval process for a new position, the Hiring Manager shall be responsible for forwarding the job description and an approved Employee Hiring Form with the endorsement of respective Department Director. 10.14 If the position(s) is approved and budgeted, the Budget Analyst shall forward the information to the HC and recruitment process shall begin. 10.15 Line-managers shall be responsible for conferring with HC regarding issues of salary, relocation expenses, etc. prior to any offer of employment or communication to the current or prospective employee is made. 10.16 The vacancy or personnel requisition form that is officially approved will be discarded and cancelled if there is no proper response from the hiring manager within a maximum period of 1 months. The line-manager must resubmit the PR form in order to re-open the position request. 10.17 Generally, new employees shall be paid within the usual hiring range for the position. The general hiring range shall be between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range. 10.18 Should a situation occur when hiring above the midpoint is necessary, the Director of Department and the Director of Human Capital & Administration shall confer and determine the appropriate pay as per the stipulated salary range 10.19 Technical employees are eligible to receive 200 AED salary cash advance upon joining. This is to be deducted in full upon receiving first salary. Special consideration is given to UAE nationals for available positions.
