An efficient construction schedule allows the hotel to
open the event spaces as quickly as possible. Our efficiency in the schedule stems from identifying the critical path and knowing exactly when to begin, so construction can be executed without interruption.
Procurement and off-site storage of materials is arranged by Potomac Construction Services, which allows the Project Team to bring all project-related items on-site when needed. This flexibility minimizes the impact a renovation can have on other income-producing areas.
