Difference between a Broker & a Dealer
Dealer – A person who executes orders on his own. A Dealer is allowed to not disclose the actual final contragents (actual contragents of the deal)
Broker – An intermediary between a client and an external contragent that executes client orders to buy/sell financial instruments
