USER INSTRUCTIONS
FEATURES
Drill hole through materials to be riveted.
Adjustable Sleeve
Extend Lazy Tong Riveter, insert rivet and adjust sleeve if required.
Align rivet, push handle to fix rivet. Repeat until rivet snaps and then remove riveter.
Open lattice fully to remove rivet stem.
• Ideal for joining 2 pieces of material together with a rivet
• Capable of popping up to 6.4mm rivets in: Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel
• 25% lighter and requires less force to operate than traditional lattice riveters so there is less stress on the arms of the operator when popping several rivets
• The 2750C requires 1.50kg of force to operate with traditional lattice style riveters requiring 190Kg force to operate
• 3 piece alloy steel jaw mechanism with internal hexagonal grip design provides extra strength and durability
• Aluminium alloy ergonomic design body and ABS plastic handle with a soft grip for comfortable use
• Interchangeable colour-coded noses for easy identification suitable for use with 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4.8mm & 6.4mm aluminium and steel rivets
