established 2002 and is ranked as the #1 listing brokerage in Grimes County. We have produced more than double the next leading Co for this area, leading the market in production for the past 18 years. The company normally has around 100+ active listings at any given time. This includes everything from the basic residential listing to heavy industrial. We specialize in land development, having been instrumental in the development of many of our rural subdivisions. The most recent is Reagan Estates which was developed by our Broker’s three sons.
As Texas grows we are seeing more and more infrastructure like pipelines,
transmission lines, highways, railways etc. It is a constant challenge to try and
keep up with what where when and how. This is extremely important as clients
need to know these things before making a decision about where to buy. Finding a
balance between personal property rights and the undeniable future of our world
is difficult. We cannot stop what some consider progress, while others consider
it an invasion of our private property rights. We are staunch advocates of FAIR PLAY. How to determine what is FAIR turns out to have a wide sweeping difference of opinion. We strive to help the private land owner to be fairly compensated for damages as our area gets chopped up by infrastructure. In spite of the growth and on going development we still have lots of beautiful high, rolling ranch land available. Please take a look inside at some of our listings.

ABOUT OUR BROKER
Nancy grew up in Uvalde, Texas, where she was milking goats and chopping firewood before she was old enough to attend school. It was sink or swim where she came from, so she had to grow up quick. Her up bringing has instilled a work ethic that is matched by few and questioned by none. She has worked many different jobs... from working in the construction and building industry, to ranching and owning an antique shop. It wasn’t until 2000 when she opened Navasot Realty, now Navasota Realty, that she found her true calling.
Things are never boring at my house. Santa has his work cut out.
Over the past 20 years, Nancy has become the person to know when buying or selling land in Grimes and surrounding Counties. Not only is she the driving force behind Navasota Realty, but she has set the bar as
to what a client should expect from their agent: complete dedication and loyalty to their needs and interest. The end result of all this drive and determination is that Navasota Realty is the top producing office in the area. Nancy has 6 natural children, 3 boys and 3 girls, plus step children. Ranging from ages 30 to 50. With 20 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, with one or two on the way. She feels Grimes County is a wonderful place to live and raise a family, with endless opportunities and a bright future. She looks forward to helping you with the next chapter of your life, what ever that may be.
