activities. These activities challenge our communication skills, and we risk having an ego rubbing. Yet through this wonderful process we are treated to a remarkable experience of God’s love.
For instance, in India, following his example, Sai Baba’s devotees feed thousands at special feeding projects. Students, professors, and service workers serve side by side bringing health care, food, and cleanliness to needy villages. Through serving, they develop skill and confidence, and deepen their capacity to cooperate. What joy comes from seeing the needy fed and happy! Members of our local Sai Baba Center also regularly feed the poor. Taking part in bringing Sai into the community through selfless service brings us very close to Swami’s love.
