BrOCk MAsters
Manager SSS HC Professional Continence Care & Ostomy, Hollister Inc.
Originally from Ottawa, Brock has been an ostomate for more than
20 years. Born with Spina Bifida that was only diagnosed at age 10,
he overcame many obstacles in his quest for a healthy, active lifestyle, including 22 surgeries over 24 years. After much hard work, Brock was race-fit and looking forward to enjoying all life had to offer. The ostomy had dramatically improved his quality of life, but Brock found functional limitations with his ostomy appliance at the time. So he assembled a technical team to help him develop his first ostomy product, the Sure
Seal Ring. In 2006, Brock sold his company, Active Lifestyle Products,
and became a member of the Hollister family. He held both national and regional roles within Hollister Limited before relocating outside of Chicago to join the Research and Development team at Hollister Incorporated. Since moving to the US, Brock has held roles in research & development, global marketing and as a senior product manager on Hollister’s US Business Units Marketing team. In January 2020, Brock joined the company’s Secure Start team: more than 70 associates all dedicated to making life more rewarding and dignified for those who use Hollister’s products and services. He oversees the Secure Start Services Heath Care Professional team as well as the Continence Care Team. Brock still works to support the research and development team and holds over 25 patents related to ostomy and continence care products.
