Who doesn’t love a big juicy BLT, or a classic cheese and chutney? Celebrate your sandwich appreciation, or obsession, with our special week of British favourites in Merlins Bar.
National BBQ Week 1st – 3rd June
The arrival of summer signals the start of sizzle season, and we’ll be ring up our own Rooftop Garden barbecue in extravagant fashion with this three day celebration. Arrive on a summer’s evening to an alfresco welcome drink on the terrace, then take your seats to enjoy an exceptional BBQ grill-fest complete with live music.

Our chefs really love a challenge, so we’re delighted to invite you to join in the fun as The Grill, Newbridge on Usk, Rafters and The Rib all go head to head presenting their own unique take on the ultimate British classic. Which of our culinary teams will win the coveted award for ‘Best Fish and Chips’? You decide!
