The Kings of Tomorrowland are renowned for their hype-inducing live shows, drawing record crowds year on year at the world’s largest festival, as well as their now-iconic Bringing The Madness Arena spectacles that saw the DJ Duo push the envelope in terms of previously-seen arena productions; their latest interaction with ‘Crowd Control’ seeping into the viral, interactional conscious further. Having started an internet craze that grew organically from the dancefloor to festival fields, similar to how the Harlem Shake and Mannequin Challenge crazes began, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, the most exciting live act in dance music, have seemingly ignited a trend with 100,000’s of fans thanks to their ‘Crowd Control’ mainstage antics. What began has a fun left-to-right fan interaction experience a few years ago, has now grown into a global phenomenon.
For the official ‘Crowd Control’ video, made in conjunction with www.thecantineco.com, the boys showcase the global impact their stage antics have been having with fans. Whether this be during a mainstage
festival show or at a humongous arena show, the trend is taking over
dancefloor the worldover and now fans can enjoy the infamous Crowd Control left-to-right stance experience onscreen with the official music video. As well as Dimitri, Mike and W&W, the ‘Crowd Control’ craze has seen David Guetta, The Chainsmokers, Skrillex, Steve Aoki, Marshmello, Tiësto, Hardwell, Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, Axwell & Ingrosso and Boys Noize all join in on the action, and this new music video gives the viewer a taste of the madness amongst some of the biggest names on the biggest stages!
Beyond the world’s biggest DJ’s and the world biggest dancefloor the Belgian brothers now have everyone doing it. From offices to parties, colleges to random festivals, fans themselves have taken the trend far and wide as this crowd participation continues to grow. It seems Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have triggered a crazy movement that’s bringing mass hysteria to the dancefloor, watch the latest ‘Crowd Control’ chapter with the official video from Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, along with W&W at youtu.be/21a1bTVwjdo

Nicole Moudaber Celebrates MOOD Records 50th Release This December
Nicole Moudaber, the award-winning DJ and producer celebrates the milestone 50th release on her label MOOD Records this December with a very special re-release and remix package of “See You Next Tuesday”, her 2014 collaboration with longtime friend and legendary DJ, Carl Cox. Remixers for the EP out on December 1 include (in alphabetical order) Black Asteroid, Danny Tenaglia, Raxon, Solardo, Truncate and Trunkline who each give their own spin on one of MOOD Records’ most popular releases. Later that month, Nicole also releases a commemorative compilation album, Mood50: The Best of Mood, Mixed and Compiled by Nicole Moudaber on December 15.
The 17 track compilation mixed and compiled by Nicole herself is the culmination of countless hours overseeing MOOD Records for the past five years showcasing both established and up and coming talent on the label since its inception in 2013. Nicole’s well trained ears and knack for A&R, launching and nurturing the careers of hotly tipped producers such as Marino Canal results in a steady stream of quality music. She’s able to test the unreleased music while on the road on dancefloors around the world and on her weekly global radio show, In The MOOD broadcasted globally to 20 million fans in over 50 countries.
Mood50 features tracks from Nicole Moudaber as well as her peers Pan-Pot, Scuba, Victor Calderone, and Skin from popular UK rock band Skunk Anansie who Nicole collaborated with on the critically
acclaimed experimental BREED EP. Fans will be taken on a journey as the compilation twists and turns through the label’s exploration in sound, taking in influences from house and techno, and the many amalgamations between the two ends of this wide spectrum.
“I can't believe it's been nearly five years since we first launched MOOD Records,” Nicole shares. “It’s been a labor of love and looking back at our 50 releases I feel an immense amount of pride and joy that all the releases can stand the test of time. It’s a great platform and creative outlet for me -- if the music is good, then it needs to be heard. If I’m playing it during my sets or on my radio show, then I would release it. I'm excited to share what we have in store from both industry veterans and undiscovered new talent making an impact on the dancefloor where it counts.”
The unstoppable techno machine took her MOOD branded events to sunny SoCal over Halloween weekend hosting her very own MoodZONE stage at Insomniac’s ESCAPE with heavy-hitters Chris Liebing, DJ Tennis, Lauren Lane, Nicole Moudaber, Paco Osuna, Pan- Pot, and Shmitty. In November, Nicole brings her stripped down MoodRAW to Glasgow’s SWG3 with dance veteran Heidi and MOOD favorite Marino Canal for a night of dark sounds on a powerful soundsystem.
Nicole Moudaber & Carl Cox’s “See You Next Tuesday” remix package is out December 1 and Mood50: The Best of Mood, Mixed and Compiled by Nicole Moudaber is out December 15 via MOOD Records.
