Apollo 84 - Toolroom Radio 372
Another mix originating from the ‘Toolroom’ session factory that is ‘Toolroom Radio’ and ANOTHER rising star and in my view ‘Breakthrough act of 2017 – Apollo 84 ! Apollo 84 has been relentless in his approach to the ever competitive world of house music, with his unique mix of stomping and driving tech beats igniting the passions of leading labels such as Elrow , Lost, Roush and Viva. In a short space of time he has propelled his sound to the forefront of the industry with a Top 20 ranking on Traxsource's best tech house artist of the year, with a succession of top 10 chart releases. Apollo 84 has also built his own imprint 'Twisted Fusion', including a monthly radio show, global showcases and releasing quality music from fast rising industry stalwarts such as Seff, Wade, Jacky, Max Chapman and Paul C & Paulo Martini. With a label fast establishing its place in the scene and an ever increasing release schedule into 2017, Apollo 84 is cementing himself as mainstay at the top level of house music.

We are full of the up-and-coming in this issue and this DJ is on a vertical trajectory ! Hailing from Bulgaria and with a huge fan base in the Balkans, Shosho is on the fast track to the top. An ambiguous, yet eargasmic mixture of deep, tech and techno, tingles your receptors when you listen to Shosho behind the decks. Having been producing and DJing for more than 15 years, with releases for the all known labels Toolroom Records, Trapez ltd, Material, KD Music, and Patent Skillz Records, he’s really made his mark on the scene. He’s made his first entry into Betport’s Top 100 with the release of the track “Sweet Home” last year and for all those thinking this was a one-off, we can say it was only the beginning. He takes another step forward with every next sound. Keeping a fine balance of invigorating sounds, his work will attract everyone with a fine taste in electronic music. Having the support of both the public and some heavily established new-generation DJs and producers, he keeps working on some fist-pumping tracks. Best known for his catchy vocals and euphoric bass sounds, you can always be sure he will leave you wanting more. We hear him in this mix ripping things up for the good folk at DHM!
