" The plan is to have no plan but to just keep following the flow by keep on doing what I love, enjoying every moment as much as possible and see where life is going to take me. I’m excited about every minute to come. "
Tell us about your ventures with Music First Agency? How does it feel to be signed as an artist to such a reputable brand?
I joined MF about one year ago, shortly after signing ‘Until We Collide’ to Subculture (which was a big step for me, because I had always loved the label and its music). Before that time I was never really convinced about the way how big agencies work and I had always wanted to be free and only do what I want, musically. Then suddenly the offer from MF reached me and I was really confused about what I wanted to do, because I did not know much about them yet at the time but it turned out very quickly, that it would be stupid to not join them. Even more after some months of working together I was so happy to finally have found a team like them, where we all work together with joined forces to make great things happen in the music world. So now it really feels like the best situation I could ever be in, just doing what I love (creating and playing out my very own music) and being part of a team that appreciates me exactly for what I do, and vice versa.
What are your plans the foreseeable future? What are you most excited for in 2018?

I managed to catch Tobias briefly at the Subculture gig that took place in the Wright Venue Dublin back in December which was his second time to play on Irish soil. I was interested to see what kind of impression his Irish Trance fans made on him. Here is what he had to say...After my show in Dublin, I can now tell you that Ireland really starts to feel like a second home to me, because there is always such a warm welcome by the lovely Irish people and it’s so good to see more and more familiar
faces each time. Really love the energy over there and hope to be back again soon! Thanks for this nice chat and Happy New Year!

To add to the already amazing feature, I’d like to mention that Cold Blue has a jam packed few months ahead, having just released the hugely anticipated Subculture compilation alongside Irish Trance master John O Callaghan, describing it as ‘the emotional rollercoaster of my last 12 months packed into a one hour journey, containing the bright and the dark, the soft and the high energetic, the relaxed and intense parts of my life’.
His remix of Alex Di Stefano – ‘Never Back Down’ freshly released on Kearnage records has already done some dancefloor destruction in recent sets such as Bryan Kearney himself who dropped it at ASOT 850 just last week in Utrecht! Meanwhile outside of production, Cold Blue has a busting tour schedule. He is set to play at the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas later in May, the Luminosity Beach Festival in the Netherlands in June and Tomorrowland in Belgium in July. Phew, he’s some man for one man, the man of the most mesmerizing melodies!
