With all your travelling, you must
have seen some amazing places.
What was it about Johannesburg
that made you want to relocate?
I’ve seen the world but Johannesburg was a hub for House that a lot of DJs in the States didn’t tap into, so I decided to stay for awhile and check it out. The food is good, the weather is great, and the South Africans are nice people so I decided to relocate. I also met the love of my life! ..lol..
You’ve been living there for a while now. Can you recommend a few of
your favourite places?
I love to visit Durban. It’s off the coast of South Africa, it’s warm and the beaches are really nice. Also Cape Town; it’s very vibey there. Lots of new people.
On a final note, we hear you’re working a lot these days with local talent. What’s the one piece of advice you find yourself having to repeat?
When I find new talent I usually say - Stay true to good music and stay humble. The local talent here is amazing, look out for it on some of my new projects!
