Protec is ISO 45001:2018 certified and is fully committed to maintaining the safest possible working environment, adhering to all international health & safety regulations and procedures. By implementing the Occupational Health & Safety Management
System (OHSMS) to our company, we commit both internally and externally to provide the highest level of health & safety to our employees, stakeholders, and customers.
We provide a working environment which not only prevents risks but also seeks ongoing improvements by identifying potential risks. Through risk assessment, employee training and response plans, we are committed to the continual development, not only for the company, but also our industry as a whole.
Operations
• We ensure our operations identify and control health and safety risks.
• We ensure that our employees are educated and trained on the most up to date health & safety standards and protocol.
• We strive for continual improvement by performing ongoing risk assessments and hazard identification processes.
• We maintain organisational accountability and transparency with proper management review processes.
• We strive for continual improvement and development by implementing ongoing performance measurement systems and benchmarking reviews.
• We provide employees with all the necessary resources in order to assist them in performing at their highest quality.
• We ensure that our company is prepared for any situation with standard emergency response plans, along with corrective and preventative action plans.
Sustainability & Quality Management Systems
Protec is ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certified and as such, our commitment includes an overarching understanding of sustainability that is seamlessly integrated with our quality management system. We live within the limits of what the environment can provide and understand the interconnections between economy, society and the environment. We also ensure the equal distribution of resources and opportunities to all members of society. Through these policies, we maximise the positive environmental, social and economic legacies of our activities and minimise any negative impacts whilst maintaining strict quality control. As a result, sustainability considerations are given equal importance to the logistical, creative, production and financial aspects of our planning, delivery and business practices.
