2017 was a year of growth and development for Protec. We have further strengthened our presence in the UK and Europe with the acquisition of Birmingham based Aventeq Ltd. Aventeq is now known as PROTEC EUROPEAN EVENTS and will have access to a much larger palette of event production resources, including state of the art technology, equipment & highly skilled staff. The joining of these two companies delivers on Protec’s vision of inspiring a new audience with extraordinary and impactful experiences through its technical expertise and deliveries.
Our expansion into KSA continued this year where we impressed our clients and their attendees for the launch of the new Lexus. We captivated and engaged the audience with our state-of-the-art robots who watched them move and interact with the samurai dancers. Mesmerised by their precise movements, the audience happily watched them spinning, accelerating and joining together. Something innovative, but most of all, memorable, was desired by the client and Protec’s robots and team of engineers delivered on their promise.
We had more happy clients at the Future Investment Initiative in KSA. The robots added a dynamic element with rotating screens elevated high above the stage, delivering a bespoke technological solution to the client’s goal of impressing the high profile attendees. The beauty of using 6 moving screens mounted on robots with 6 axes of movement is that the visual options are infinite. Your stage is constantly evolving.
Our clients were thrilled with these technological innovations affirming that our talented engineers are growing in expertise and versatility and welcome every challenge that comes their way.
Excitingly for our clients, we also entered into an agreement with Bumat Motion Systems GmbH, the world’s leading manufacturer of turntables and revolves since 1948. Through this agreement, Protec are now better-positioned to provide their partners and customers with a more comprehensive product range and have now become the industry’s leading source in the Middle East for turntables and revolving platforms.
