Art 27 (1) No Person shall intentionally and unauthorisedly distribute and/
or transmit and/or cause to be acces- sible Electronic Information and/
or Electronic Records with contents against propriety.49
Restrict the display of nudity or sexual activity; and digitally created content unless it is posted for educational, humorous or satirical purposes.50
Art 27(3) No Person shall intentionally and unauthorisedly distribute and/ or transmit and/or cause to be acces- sible Electronic Information and/or Electronic Records with contents of affronts and/or defamation.51
Remove explicit attempts to mock victims and mark as cruel implicit attempts.52
Defamation is not listed amongst the list of prohibited activities
