ANEMONES : INVERTEBRATES
CLUB-TIPPED ANEMONE (Telmatactis cricoides) < 10 cm / 4 in  lattened disc  sometimes  ec ed  ith  ale s ots.  ar e bulbous tips on tapering tentacles. Variable in color.
TURTLE GRASS ANEMONE
(Viatrix globulifera) < 2 cm / 0.75 in
Tiny body with long translucent or speckled tentacles. Found only the shallows, often attached to Turtle Grass.
BLISTERED GRASS ANEMONE (Bunodeopsis antilliensis) < 3.5 cm / 1.5 in  ar  irre ular  attened  od .  o ered in numerous  ale  ul ous  ro ections.  ound in shallo  areas.  octurnal.
BRANCHING ANEMONE (Lebrunia neglecta) < 30 cm / 1 ft
 mall  ro nish  no s on thin  ranchin   n er li e tentacles. Often with white to light brown highlights.
ROCK ANEMONE
(Anthopleura krebsi) < 7.5 cm / 3 in
Stout body with numerous small pointed tentacles, each ti  ed  ith  hite.  hite center on oral disc.  olor  aries.
HITCH-HIKING ANEMONE (Calliactis tricolor) < 7.5 cm / 3 in
Found attached to hermit crab shells. Large pedal disc,  aria le in color from  ro n to reddish.  ale tentacles.
