Kevin Rogan, associate in the Corporate Practice Group. Kevin’s practice focuses on advising early- stage companies on a broad range
of transactional matters including venture capital financing, corporate governance, entity formation and general corporate matters. Prior to obtaining his JD degree, Kevin worked for several years in Silicon Valley at a variety of internet start-ups including Shutterfly. Kevin holds three patents. .

Mukund Sharma, associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mukund specializes in all areas
of intellectual property law, with emphases in patent prosecution, patent litigation, and strategic patent counseling. Mukund also assists
in internal investigations related to technology companies, and serves on the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee and Social Media and Games Industry Team.
