When providing any of the above NPPI to a field Recovery Agent it should be your company’s policy to provide NPPI only to the extent necessary to perform and conclude the recovery assignment. This means giving only what is necessary to recover the collateral and the Recovery Agent should be instructed that none of the NPPI included in the assignment is to be discussed or provided to any third party.
We include following, a copy of the entire GLBA and we will expand upon this Act in our Continuing Education program.
