Thank you for registering your team in our tournament in Waterville Valley! We are very excited to host your team during the 2020 / 2021 season. If this is your first tournament with us, welcome. If you are a returning tournament participant, welcome back. Waterville Valley has so much to offer. We know you are going to love your time in the Valley and we cannot wait for you to experience all the Valley has to offer. THINGS FOR YOU TO KNOW NOW: Lodging Lodging does get filled fast, so act quickly and do not wait. Hockey Academy tournaments are “Stay to Play” meaning if a player lives outside of a 70 mile radius from the rink, they are required to stay at a participating hotel. Team Managers will be responsible for securing room blocks for teams. Prior to the event you are registered for, a representative will be reviewing rosters and hotel reservations, to ensure that all players and teams are adhering to the Stay to play policy. Those who do not will be removed from the team roster. Stay to play hotel participants can be found on our lodging page. Click here for Lodging Information Team Documents Prior to the start of the tournament we will be reaching out requesting that each player signs our online player registration. This is simply agreeing to tournament rules / procedures. Also on this form you will submit your lodging information ensuring participants are adhering to the “Stay-To-Play” policy. As I said, we will reach out prior to the start of the tournament to have this completed. USA Hockey Rosters Please forward along your approved USA Hockey roster in an email to me no later than 30 days prior to the start of the Tournament. The best way for me is either as a PDF attachment, or direct web link. I will keep bugging you for it before the tournament until I recieve it as the tournament gets closer. If your organization has a registrar, that person should be able to get it for you. It is REQUIRED to have the USA Hockey stamp on it; I cannot let your team participate without it, no exceptions.
