40 grams of 33P decays to 10 grams in 50 days. How long is each half-life?
33P decays changed from 40 to 10 grams. This means that it must have undergone two half-lives (once from 40 grams to 20 grams and once from 20 grams to 10 grams).
If 2 half-lives happened in 50 days, 1 half-life will be 25 days. Each half-life is 25 days.
