I have a passion for helping others discover, nurture, and grow their abundance. My passion inspires me to work hard and to be creative in finding ways to share my knowledge with others. Every time I get an e-mail from someone thanking me for my words of advice and inspiration, I feel rich!
However, in following my passion, I sometimes do experience challenges. For instance, I'm not crazy about public speaking, but I feel I need to do it in order to help others benefit from my abundance of knowledge about manifesting what they desire. I get very nervous whenever I have to address a large group, and in the past I often avoided it. Yet, I want to help others create abundance in their lives so that they can share my joy and sense of prosperity, and lecturing allows me to meet this goal. So, while I still dread getting up onstage, I force myself to do it. I replace my feelings of fear with ones of joy as I think about how my speech might help others change their lives for the better. Afterward, I'm always glad that I met the challenge because, inevitably, someone in the audience will come up to me and tell me that my speech made a positive impact.
All of us have something of value to share with others, and we each have different challenges. You may love public speaking and be great at it but need to learn how to be a better listener. It may be a challenge for you not to tell others what to do and instead encourage them to develop their own insights and wisdom so that they can find their own solutions to problems.
