2EXPE~MENTALAPPARATUSANDPROCEDURÆ
This measurement technique is characterized by combining in企ared ray (which is hereafter abreviatedtoIR)absorptionmethodwithrealtimeholographicinterferometry (whichishereafter abreviatedtoIl).Theprinciples2)ofthismeasurementtechniquedependontheatenuationof radiationintensityofIRduetothe,vaporabsorptionandthevariationofrefractiveindexofphase objectduetothechangesoftempera旬 reandconcentration.IR.ahsorptionD;lethodgivesthe concentration value at any local point from Lambert-Be er's law. The tempera旬 re value is calculated bysubstitutingthisconcentrationonefortheLorenz-Lorenzequation.
