Thisresearchwascariedouttodiscusnewmeasurethatcanestimateleafdamageunderlowtemperature. Becausenewmeasurewashopedtobetransientandnon-destructive,thisresearchdiscussedthemeasure takinguseofspectruminformation. Inthisresearch,damagegavevariousdamagebyvaryingtheexposure timeandexposuretemperaturetoleaf.Spectruminformationwasmeasuredwithahyper-spectrumcamera. Toconfirmthevalidityofdamageestimation企omspectruminformation,thechangeofchemicalsubstances relatedtophotosynthesis;chlorophylaandscarotene,weremeasuredusingHPLCwithlowpresureu凶t. Consequently,thisresearchcouldfindthecharacteristicwavelengthregioncorrespondingtoleafdamageand proposenewindex.Furthermore,itcouldbeclearthatthisindexwasvalidmeasureforestimatingleafdamage fromtheresultofchlorophylaandscarotenethroughthisresearch.
